TOPS is a program
for students in grades 7-12 who violate the district's Safe Schools
Policy. Located on the second floor of the Adult Learning Center, 27
Western Ave., it includes one room for regular education students in
grades 7 and 8, one room for regular education students in grades 9
through 12, and one room for special education students in grades 7
through 12.
TOPS runs two
sessions per day. The total maximum enrollment at any one time is 60
students, with no more than 10 students in a class.
