This full-day
program, located on the third floor at the Adult Learning Center on
Western Avenue, is designed for seventh- and eighth-grade students with
more serious behavior problems. Teachers and teaching assistants
concentrate mainly on helping students build their language arts, math,
and anger management skills.
The goal of this
program is to ultimately return students to the regular school setting.
As a result, enrollment fluctuates during the year, with a maximum of 24
students in two classes at any one time.
