Community Welcomes National Urban Alliance with reception

As many as 200 community members turned out for a reception with the National Urban Alliance for Effective Education (NUA) at Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School on Wednesday, May 17. The event was an opportunity for community members to learn about this exciting partnership between the City School District of Albany and the NUA, an organization that has successfully improved academic performance in many urban school districts across the nation.
