Albany High School Registration
Required forms and documents
In order to register your child for
school, you will need to complete the following forms and bring
proper identification with you to
the Central Registration, located at 75 Watervliet Ave., off of
Central Avenue. Students
will not be able to attend school until all the necessary forms are
completed and immunization records are on file at Central Registration.Please be
sure to read the registration form instructions carefully as there are
grade- and situation-specific application forms that do not apply to
everyone.
