Four members of boys' basketball team
earn Big 10 all-star
recognition
Four members of the Albany High varsity boys' basketball
team were recognized by the Big 10 conference as all-stars at the end of
the year vote. Junior guard Jeremic Bennett was named to the league's
second-team all-star team. In addition, seniors Corey Harris, Jakei
Turman, and Roger West received honorable mention honors from the
league. Harris and West also were named to the Exceptional Seniors team.
The boys' Senior All-Star game will be held at Albany High School on
Wednesday, March 18 at 7:30 p.m.
The Albany High School boys' varsity basketball team
finished the season 11-10 overall and 8-7 in the Big 10, good for fifth
in the conference. |
