Teacher Application Process:
Substitute Teacher Requirements:
The minimum
requirement for a Substitute Teacher position is a Bachelors degree.
Experience related to instruction in an education environment and/or
education courses preferred. Teacher certification is a PLUS.
1.)
Download the
PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION PACKET
(available here) which
includes:

Substitute Application Form
·
Voluntary
Affirmative Action Form
2.) Complete and
fax or mail the PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION PACKET, as soon as
possible.
3.) ALL
applications will be reviewed and acknowledged. The applicants selected
will be contacted by telephone and scheduled for an interview.
Finger
print clearance is required. Upon interview, applicants will receive a
Fingerprinting Consent Form.
Please
note that in addition to completing the above requirements, you will
also need to submit other documentation necessary l to consider your
application. Please contact one of the Human Resource staff for more
information.
Substitute teachers are per diem employees paid at a daily pay rate.
Benefits are excluded.
