If for any
reason a child is unable to participate in the district's physical
education program, the parent/guardian must provide appropriate
documentation from the attending physician indicating the problem, the
specific limitations and the duration of those limitations.
If a child
is to be excused from the regular physical education program for more
than two weeks, the parent/guardian must obtain information from the
attending physician regarding the students' ability to participate in an
adaptive physical education program.
