If you believe that you or your child have been subject to discrimination on the basis of a disability as a result of any action or inaction take by an employee or agent of the Albany City School District, you have the right to file a complaint with the district's 504 and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Compliance Officer.

Upon receipt of a written complaint, the Compliance Officer will conduct an independent investigation into the facts alleged, issue a report, including findings of fact and, where applicable, oversee the implementation of a timely corrective action plan.
