students throughout the City School District of Albany. Founders’ Day is
sponsored by the Albany City Council PTA (ACCPTA), an umbrella
organization made up of parent-teacher associations at schools
throughout the district.
This year’s event will be held on Friday,
April 27 from 5:30-9:30 p.m. at the Italian-American Community Center.
Tickets are $40 per person and can be purchased through individual
school PTAs, PTSAs or the Montessori Community Council.
The event will feature special performances
and displays, a silent auction, music and dancing. All proceeds benefit
a Scholarship Fund for Albany High School students.
