TOAST Quadricentennial Field Trip

Schodack Island State Park

May 29, 2009

Thomas O’Brien Academy of Science and Technology (TOAST) celebrated the 400th anniversary of Henry

Hudson’s arrival in Albany with a school-wide field trip to Schodack Island State Park on May 29. The day

featured learning stations and projects for the students, as well as music, a cookout and the planting of tulip
