2012 graduation and moving-up ceremonies
throughout the school district
The journey from the first day of prekindergarten
through high school graduation is punctuated by report cards, school
pictures and summer vacations. And then there are those rites of
passage: moving up and graduation ceremonies. Prekindergarten to
kindergarten. Kindergarten to first grade. Elementary school to middle
school. Middle school to high school. Finally, high school graduation.
Below is a series of images that captures
those transitions from the earliest grades through the end of high
school. All were taken at moving-up and graduation ceremonies during the
final weeks of the 2011-12 school year, and each school is represented
at least once.
