Jayda Devine is a positive influence on the people around her.

She always lends a hand to her peers and consistently demonstrates the traits of strong character – responsibility, respect, honesty, consideration, citizenship and leadership.

She is a leader in the classroom and perseveres through tasks to enrich her learning.

Also, Jayda’s kindness is evident. For example, she had a birthday party and invited all her classmates; instead of a gift, she asked for a donation for the Kevin G. Langan School at the Center for the Disability Services.

Jayda also is involved in a variety of school activities, including cheerleading, band, chorus, the talent show and cooking club. She is a model City School District of Albany student.
