Facilities Plan: 2001-2010

The original plan, the plan today
Almost every elementary and middle school in the City School District of Albany is being newly built and/or renovated as part of the comprehensive facilities project. Originally approved by voters in 2001, with referenda to adjust budgets and the scope of work at particular schools in 2002, the project has passed its halfway point.

The table below includes the original budget for each school and how that budget has changed as the project progressed. The final budgets have been established for the first four phases. Budgets for the final two phases have not been established. Schools included in the final two phases are marked with the notation "TBD".
