School Improvement Goals
The Albany School of Humanities' goals are based on student performance and perception data. They were written by the school's Shared Decision Making (SDM) team and are aligned to Comprehensive District Education Planning Goals.

Goal 1
To reduce suspension rates across the district to 1% or less.

• Staff will decrease repeat offenders in discipline referrals during the school year. Parent participation in implementing school discipline code will increase during the school year.

Goal 2
To increase the number of students reading, writing, listening and speaking at grade level.

• Staff will raise student level performance on the Grade 4 English Language Arts (ELA) exam.

Goal 3
To increase the number of students performing mathematics at grade level.

• Staff will raise student level performance on the Grade 4 math exam.
