School Goals
Areas of need have been identified from achievement results reported for the school and the district via state assessment results, the New York State Report Card, and the Comprehensive District Education Plan. These results have resulted in the goals described below.

Goal 1
Increase the number of students performing at and above grade level on the fourth-grade reading/English Language Arts (ELA) assessment.

• Increase the percentage of students who score at Level 3 and above from 49% to 55%.

Goal 2
Increase the number of students performing at and above grade level on the fourth-grade math assessment.

• Increase the percentage of students who score at Level 3 and above from 52% to 55%.

• Increase the percentage of students who score at Level 4 from 8% to 12%.

• Reduce the percentage of students who score at Level 1 from 21% to 10%

Goal 3
Maintain an attendance rate comparable to those at other schools.

• Keep attendance rate at 93.5%.

Goal 4
Maintain or reduce the suspension rate.

• Keep suspension rate at 80% or below.
