About New Scotland Elementary New
Scotland Elementary School, the former School 19,
serves students in prekindergarten through grade 5. Our mission is to
provide an environment through the cooperation of
parents, students, teachers, administrators and
community residents in which students can achieve their
academic and emotional potential through the development
of self-confidence, self-discipline, self-expression,
and creativity.

the school at 475-6775 during the morning and provide a
written excuse when your child returns to school.
