The pandemic has shone a light on the importance of stress management and maintaining our health. In this follow up session Kim Maercklein from Cornell Cooperative Extension will be using leftovers to make a hearty, tomato and basil soup while discussing ways to reduce sodium, sugar, and saturated fat from your families diet. Small changes make a big difference! You can still eat the food you enjoy with a few small changes.
