Topic: Staying Active at Home
This month's Parent University will provide families with tips and resources about staying active and healthy at home, with a live virtual presentation by Delaware Community School physical education teacher Elyse Loughin.
The interactive session will be held Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. and will focus on keeping fit while having fun. It will be followed by a Q&A session.
