Wondering whether homeownership is right for you? Join representatives from the Affordable Housing Partnership as they discuss the home-buying process, down payment grant programs and what it takes to qualify for a mortgage. 

Even with higher interest rates and home prices, now is a good time to start getting prepared to buy.  This session will give a high-level overview of the resources available to assist you. This session will also provide a look at a new matched-savings program for eligible City of Albany residents.
