Falcon swimmer commits to Roger Williams

When Albany High School’s Maggie Carroll graduates this June, she will move from the Falcons’ Nest to the Hawks’ Nest.

The senior has committed to the Roger Williams University (RWU) swim and dive team and will double major in Environmental Science and Aquaculture and Aquarium Science.

Caroll is a distance swimmer at Albany High, competing in the 500m, 200m and 400m individual medley and breaststroke. 

Carroll also received a Presidential Scholarship from RWU, which is in Rhode Island, due in part to high academics, National Honor Society membership, community service and activities.

Congratulations to Maggie Carroll for continuing both her academic and athletic career at the collegiate level!
