A cross country runner races in Albany.

The City School District of Albany would like to recognize our fall scholar-athletes who received honors for participation in the winter sports season. 

Boys' soccer (Grey Division champions)

  • 1st Team  - Ushindi Bahati
  • 2nd Team - Abbas Ghulam Qadir
  • 3rd Team  - Cesar Bermejo

Girls' swimming/diving

  • Anna Flanders (Suburban Council All Star for Diving)

Boys' cross country

  • Neel Chittur (dual meets)

Girls' volleyball 

  • 2nd Team - Nyla Barrow
  • Honorable mention - Tori Smith Wyld, Sydney Speanburg and B’Unique Anderson
