Masami Surisawa stepped up in the pressure-packed moments and came through with the biggest win of his high school career by beating his rival from Bethlehem, Ashrith Rao, to clinch his spot in the state sectionals for tennis

The sophomore won 6-0, 7-5 to finish third in the Section 2 tournament which advances him to the New York State Sectionals Tournament at the USTA Center in Queens next week.
