The Albany High School unified basketball team poses after beating Shenendehowa.

The Falcon unified basketball team won the division championship game against Shenendehowa on Tuesday, 43-38.

Albany High School's athletes advanced to the championship game after securing a victory against South Glens Falls last Thursday.
