Indoor track and field's seniors recognized

For the first time (in recent history, at least) indoor track and field celebrated the team’s seniors with a ceremony at Albany High on Tuesday.

The runners, jumpers and throwers were introduced, gifted flowers and Falcon gear and then posed for pictures with the coaches, their families and teammates.

Similar to all their practices and meets, the senior ceremony was a combination of the boys’ and girls’ teams.

A special shout out goes, also, to coaches Steve Gallahgher, Adela Holodak, Pawan Thapalia and Daniel Wehle.
