Stay fit and active this summer at our Albany High weight room/fitness room!
Albany Athletics is pleased to introduce open workout sessions in the Albany High weight room/fitness room as part of our summer open gym program. All City School District of Albany students in grades 7-12 are welcome to join!
Open workout schedule in weight room/fitness room:
- Monday-Thursday, July 21 - Aug. 7
- 12:30-3 p.m.

In addition to open workout time, we also offer sports-specific open gym sessions for basketball, cross country, football, soccer, softball, tennis, volleyball, and wrestling. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to enhance your skills, this is a great opportunity to make the most of your offseason by exploring a new sport or improving in one you already love.
