All student-athletes interested in trying out for a fall sport must have an up-to-date physical submitted to FinalForms in advance of the Aug. 18 start to the season.
If you do not have a completed physical from your provider:
- Schedule a physical with Whitney Young's school-based health centers. Call 518.573.2556 to schedule an appointment today.
- The district physician will offer sports physicals at Albany High School on Aug. 15 and Aug. 19 from 10:15 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
