Summer open gym sessions

We invite our student-athletes in grades 9-12 to participate in our open gym sessions this summer, which kick off on Monday, June 6!

All open gym sessions will be staff supervised. There are open gyms for specific sports, as well as open workout times in our weight and cardio rooms available to all Albany High students who would like to stay healthy and fit during the summer season.

Please note that registration for high school football will open on Friday, July 17, and registration for all other high school sports will open on Friday, July 24. Register via Final Forms.

Practices/tryouts for high school football begin on Monday, Aug. 17, and practices/tryouts for all other high school sports begin on Monday, Aug. 24.
