SCHOOL YEAR BEGINS

The City School District of Albany will begin the 2022-23 school year with a staggered start for students at all grade levels on Thursday, Sept. 1 and Friday, Sept. 2.

Students will attend for one of these first two days to provide an opportunity to begin to get settled in at school and accustomed to their school schedules. You can visit albanyschools.org/start or the "upcoming events" calendar section of your child's school web page to find information about which of the first two days your child will attend.

All students will attend beginning Tuesday, Sept. 6.
