January 2026 Regents Exams

Here are the important details you and your student need to know about January Regents exams being facilitated at Albany High.

Exam times and dates:

Please see the attached PDF for specific Regents examination times and dates. 

Arrival times:

Please note for the morning tests, students are asked to arrive at 8 a.m.

For the afternoon tests, students are asked to arrive at noon.

Transportation information:

For morning transportation, CDTA will run normal trippers on a tighter schedule and students are asked to be at their bus stop 5-10 minutes early to ensure a timely arrival.

Afternoon trippers will be on site at a normal schedule, arriving at 3:30 p.m. and departing at approximately 3:40 p.m.

Additional details:

Students should bring their ID and a ballpoint pen/pencil. Meals will be available for students who are on campus for their exam(s), and students who are in extended time rooms will have a meal delivered to them.

Students only need to report to school on the days they have a scheduled Regents exam. After they have completed their exam(s), students should leave school.

Please note that during Regents week, the Online Success Program will be open normal hours Tuesday, Jan. 20-Friday, Jan. 23 for students who are participating in this program. See attached PDF with details.
