A reminder that families must complete and turn in transportation applications by Monday, Aug. 3 in order to qualify for busing on the first day of school.
The City School District of Albany transports all eligible students – those who live 1.5 miles or more from school – either by yellow bus for elementary students or Capital District Transportation Authority bus for middle and high school students.
Please note that you do not need to complete an application if you live at the same address, if your child will attend the same school, or if your child is moving from elementary to middle school or middle school to high school.
