Students lie on the floor as part of their play rehearsal

Drama students in the City School District of Albany Summer Arts Enrichment Program will perform the comedy “101 Ways to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse” next Thursday at Albany School of Humanities (ASH) at 7 p.m.

The play is free and will take place in the ASH performance center. Theater-goers can park in the ASH lot and enter through the side doors.

Also that night, artwork by students in the Summer Arts Enrichment Program will be on display in the atrium outside the performance center.

The play is directed by William S. Hackett Middle School teacher Francesca DelSignore, with Albany High School theater teacher Brian Avery as assistant director.

Student art was guided by art teachers Jennifer Tayne of Thomas O’Brien Academy of Science and Technology (TOAST) and Catherine Kuubetesuri of Edmund O’Neal School of Excellence.
