The ninth annual Albany Booster Club Falcon 5K and Fun Run will be held Sunday, Oct. 1 in Washington Park. Packet pick up begins at 8 a.m. and the 5K run/walk takes off at 9:30 a.m.
Early registration is currently available via this link. Online registration closes at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 30 but race-day registration is available starting at 8 a.m. Pre-registration is not required for the Fun Run, which begins at 10:30 a.m. An awards ceremony will follow.
You can run as an individual or as part of a team.
The Albany Booster Club supports a wide-variety of extracurricular activities throughout the City School District of Albany. More than 500 runners and walkers took part in the Falcon 5K in each of the past five years.
All are invited to participate in this fun community event to help celebrate the start of a healthy and productive new school year!
