Transition Services for Seniors

Seniors, not sure what's next? Our Albany High counselors are here to help!

Come to the College & Career Center on Tuesday, June 23, between noon and 2 p.m. to get support as you plan out your next steps post-graduation.

Staff members will be there to provide general assistance with college admissions, post-secondary programming and enrollment. They also can provide support with financial aid paperwork, and can help you complete the FAFSA and TAP forms.
