COVID vaccine signup extended

Vaccines for Albany High students Thursday, April 22

Attention Albany High School parents and guardians: You can register your student aged 16 or older to receive a free COVID vaccine on Thursday -- tomorrow.

The City School District of Albany has partnered with Whitney M. Young Junior Health Center to offer a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for Albany High School students.

Eligible students will receive the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine between 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Albany High’s Abrookin Career and Technical Center.

You need to complete two forms and return them to the school nurse: a vaccine screening and consent form and a registration form. Click the highlighted text to download the forms, then print and complete them.

All students who receive the first dose on Thursday also will receive a coupon for a free ice cream at Stewart’s!
