Important in-person student information

Transportation update for in-person students

We are excited to be welcoming in-person students back to Albany High School for the fourth quarter, and want to provide you with a transportation update.

Eligible students can ride any CDTA bus in the city to get to and from school. CDTA also provides tripper buses that serve Albany High. Most Albany High students take Route 805. A small number of students in the Pinehurst Estates/Point of Woods neighborhoods take Route 806-Blue.

The student ID will serve as the CDTA bus pass for students who are eligible for transportation. CDTA will allow students to ride without an ID for a week to give us time to distribute IDs.

The school day at Albany High begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. Trippers (Route 805 buses) are scheduled to arrive at school between 8:14-8:16 a.m. and to depart from school between 3:08-3:11 p.m.

Students using the 806-Blue tripper line will get off and on the bus at the corner of Madison Avenue and Main Avenue.
