We are excited to welcome students and families back to school starting with orientation on Thursday (tomorrow) and Friday.
ORIENTATION SCHEDULE
Thursday – Grade 9 only (no school for grades 10-12)
- Last names A-L, 8:30-11:30 a.m.
- Last names M-Z, 12:30-3:30 p.m.
Friday – Grades 10-12 (no school for grade 9)
- Last names A-L, 8:30-11:30 a.m.
- Last names M-Z, 12:30-3:30 p.m.
Students can enter the building through the Tower 1 and 2 entrances on Thursday and Friday. (Students can enter through the courtyard starting next week.) Students should have their ID and proceed through security, where every student will have their temperature checked. All students and staff must wear a mask in school buildings.
BUSES (all students riding buses must wear a mask regardless of vaccination status)
Eligible students will ride CDTA buses and their student ID will be their bus pass. CDTA tripper buses that serve Albany High are designated route #805. Tripper service for Albany High will begin Wednesday, Sept. 8 with the first full day of school. Students may access regular CDTA routes for the orientation days this Thursday and Friday. You can visit the CDTA website for more information about all routes and to find the best route to get to Albany High or wherever you need to go.
