On Monday evening, the varsity girls' lacrosse team delighted Falcon fans with an impressive 15-3 win against Hudson Falls!
Before the game, Coach Jessica Zegarelli and the Athletics Department honored our three seniors—J’Anni Elfridge, Breannie Jackson and Janahvia Robinson. Each received a beautiful blue rose and took photos with their loved ones.
Once on the field, our Falcons displayed exceptional stick skills and solid defense. Team synergy was evident, with eleven student-athletes contributing to the scoreboard, including several first-time varsity scorers.
Highlights of the night included Rose Madden, who scored three goals, and Grace McDaniel, who added two. The following students each contributed one goal: seniors Elfridge and Jackson, as well as Jineyshka "GiGi" Johnson, Alina Mujic, Lily Beck, Isabel Alvarez, G'ahnah Skervin, Azia Sky Barao and Kaylee Garcia.
Our Falcons will compete against the Academy of Holy Names in their final game of the season on Wednesday, May 14, at 4:15 p.m., hosted at Academy of Holy Names.
Go Falcons!
