For our students in grades 9-11, you can now view your proofs and decide if you'd like to place an order for school photos!
Please note if your student missed their photo session or needs a re-take, they can get their photo taken on Monday, Dec. 8. Additional details are outlined below.
Process for viewing proofs & ordering photos:
- Proofs of school photos are available digitally at the Upstate Images website. If you did not receive an email or text message directly from the company, your code is an uppercase "A" followed by your student's ID number.
- For families who did not pre-order, an envelope with hard copy proofs and ordering instructions is also available in your student's academy office.
- Families who ordered a digital download have already received their information electronically.
- If you placed a pre-order, and you are not satisfied with your photos, please mark your calendar for the photo re-take day and be sure your student returns the Picture Package envelope and its contents during the picture re-take.
Picture re-take day details:
- Students in grades 9-11 can get their picture taken on Monday, Dec. 8, if they missed their photo day or need a re-take.
- Photos will be taken in the third floor balcony.
- Students can go get their photo taken during physical education class, study hall or lunch.
- Please remember that each student must have their photo taken to update their school ID and to appear in the yearbook.
- There is no fee to get a student photo taken.
- Families are welcome to buy prints from Upstate Images if they choose. A communication with ordering instructions will arrive directly from Upstate Images.
