Integrating movement and learning is a great way to boost engagement, increase retention and grow fine and gross-motor skills!
On Wednesday, Chris Ryan’s students worked with tech coach Kevin Marcinko and speech/language therapist Ashley McNally during math and ELA centers and integrated Active Floor technology, a projector and motion capturing camera, to create a touch-sensitive learning space.
The mobile games build receptive and expressive skills and the Active Floor device created a joyful process that both the students, and educators, enjoyed!
