Annnual holiday tradition play

Eagle Point Elementary School students perform holiday songs during a first grade play.

What do most holidays - regardless of the faith or part of the world from which they originate - have in common? Sweet treats!

Karyn Barry and Christina Lebrecht’s classes at Eagle Point Elementary shared important holiday traditions, and a few songs, to an adoring audience on Dec. 19  and almost every student talked about candy, cookies or cake!

The first-graders presented information about Eid, Hanukkah, Christmas, New Years and Diwali.
