Wildlife program educates and entertains

An owl visits with students learning about wildlife and habitats.

It was a zoo at Eagle Point Wednesday morning – and that was a great thing!

Representatives from Whispering Willow Wild Care, an animal rehabilitation center based in Schenectady, introduced our students to some new “friends.”

Representatives from the organization shared fun facts about the feathered ambassadors and, also, tips on ways humans can help to keep wildlife (and habitats) safe.

Special thanks to the PTA for today’s event!
