Last week PK learned one of Eagle Point’s best-kept secrets: there’s a legitimate petting zoo on the third floor!

Sarah LeClair’s class trekked upstairs where they were welcomed by Kevin Retell’s students and a menagerie of (mostly) four footed friends.

The fourth graders were proud, patient and kind as they shared their expansive animal – and habitat – knowledge with the budding biologists, proving the effectiveness of peer education and collaborative learning.
