Myers Jazz Band rocks ESP

Student musicians perform at Empire State Plaza.

New York State employees were treated to an amazing concert on Friday – the Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School Jazz Band!

The young musicians, led by Jesse Rawson, performed in recognition of Music in Our Schools Month and took over South Concourse (though their smooth sounds could be heard throughout the complex).

Bravo to Assemblymember Pat Fahy for taking a quick break from budget negotiations to support the ensemble!
