Myers students give back

A student proudly shows off wreaths she made to be donated.

The elves at Myers have been busy!

For the past several Fridays, students in Valarie Manning and Debra Mark’s resource room have been designing and creating winter wreaths that will now be donated to the Circles of Caring Campaign.

Circles of Caring then passes along the the wreaths to direct service organizations and non-profits to help spread holiday cheer.

There have been 400 Circle of Caring submissions since 2015 and this year’s wreaths will be featured in the Dec. 17 issue of the Times Union.
