Learned this week at Myers: you can pickle almost anything!

Larry Drew had his students back in the kitchen on Tuesday learning about the quick canning process, making brine and then they completed a hands-on pickling lab.

The Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) class used late-season veggies from our garden and the “fruits” of their labor will be ready for tasting in two weeks!
