The Albany Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) is seeking nominations for the 2024 HERO Award for Special Education.
The award recognizes and celebrates excellence in education by spotlighting teachers, teaching assistants, paraprofessionals, related service providers, social workers, school psychologists, administrators and any others who go above and beyond to support special education students in the City School District of Albany.
Learn more about the HERO Award and complete an online nomination form. Nominations are due by Feb. 9.
Let’s tell our staff how much we appreciate all they do for our special education students! Awards will be presented during March, which is Disability Awareness Month.
