Happy Pride Month! The City School District of Albany is excited to celebrate those who represent and support the LGBTQ+ community.
All during June, we honor LGBTQ+ people in our city, state and nation and commemorate the anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in New York City.

In our district, we are excited to have our students, faculty and staff engage in informed, age-appropriate discussions about gender identity and inclusivity. These efforts are part of our unwavering commitment to the ideals of inclusiveness and understanding throughout the broader community.
