New Scotland Elementary families turned out in droves on Wednesday for a Welcome Back Picnic to meet new principal Lesley Buff, enjoy a barbecue and connect and reconnect with teachers and friends. Superintendent Kaweeda G. Adams also was on hand for the fun.
School officially starts Friday at New Scotland and all other district elementary schools.
