News & Updates

The weather outside is frightful

Despite our unseasonably warm weather last week, we noticed a drastic drop in the temperature this week. As we say goodbye to our warmer days and welcome our winter season, I wanted to inform all our families of our recess policy.

All classes will go outside for their 20 minutes of recess so long as the wind chill is not below 20 degrees. This means all of our students should be prepared to go outside every day with appropriate outerwear – heavy jacket, coat, hat, and gloves. Should there be snow, boots are optional but recommended.

Thanks for giving

We raised $200 dollars on Tuesday for Crazy Hat Day! This money will be used to purchase items for food baskets for some of our families in need.

Additionally, we will be collecting food items as a school from November 6-9.

  • Suggested Items:
  • Cans of corn
  • Cans of green beans
  • Cans of cranberry sauce
  • Boxes of stuffing
  • Boxes of mashed potatoes
  • Can or packets of gravy
  • Boxes of biscuit mix
  • Non-Perishable dessert item (cookies, pudding, rice krispie treats)

Save the date!

Below are a few important upcoming dates, but remember that this information and more is available on our online calendar
