All student-athletes interested in trying out for a fall sport must have an up-to-date physical submitted to FinalForms prior to participating in practices and tryouts, which begin on Thursday, Aug. 28.
If you do not have a completed physical from your provider:
- The district physician will offer sports physicals at Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School on Friday, Sept. 5 from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. in the nurse's office. No appointment is required. Please note if you utilize this option your student will not be able to participate in practices and tryouts happening prior to this date.
- Schedule a physical with Whitney Young's school-based health centers. Call 518.573.2556 to schedule an appointment today.
